Recipe & Picture: Rusna Chowdhury

Ingredients: 1 Cup chinese noodles
1 teaspoon faluda seeds (tukmaria seeds)
3 different colour jello (3 packet & Jello Preparation From Packet Instruction)
Ice-cream As Needed

Instruction: Soak the tukmaria Seeds in water for at least 1 hour. Boil the noodles in water for about 10-15 minutes or as needed. Turn off the heat and add cold water to the pot to cool the noodles for about 10 minutes. Put one scoop noodles in the glass than add ice cream than add jello than tukmaria seeds. Decorate step by step as your own choice.
