Kasoori Methi Beef Curry

Ingredients: 800g Beef (About) it could be more or less
2/3 bay leaves
3/4 cardamom
1 stick Cinnamon
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 cups onions chopped
2 tablespoons garlic paste
2 tablespoons ginger paste
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tablespoons Kasoori Methi dried fenugreek leaves
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 table Spoon Curry Powder
1 tea spoon Cumin Powder
2 tablespoon coriander leaves (chopped)
salt to taste
3/4 tablespoons oil
Water as needed

Instructions: Cut Beef into medium sized pieces Wash Well. Chop onions. Peel and Blend ginger & garlic. Heat oil in a pan. Add whole garam masala and bay leaves. Saute until cardamoms starts to crackle. Add chopped onions and cook until Brown and soft. Make sure to stir continuously. Add ginger, garlic paste, cook for few minute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, Cumin Powder, Curry Powder, chilli powder. Cook for a minute. Add Beef pieces and beaten yogurt and cook on a high heat for10/ 15 minutes. Add kasoori methi, garam masala powder, chopped fresh coriander, salt and water. Cover the pan and cook on a low Or Medium heat for ten minutes Or Until tender and soft. Ready for Serve.
